Apprentices (3yr programme in Hotel Management) - travel: Sept 2025

As an apprentice for hotel management, you will be made an all-round talent during your 3-year dual vocational (TVET) apprenticeship, partially in the hotel, partially in the vocational institute. With this extensive knowledge, you can decide after your training in which department you would like to pursue a career.

We’ll give you guidance regarding (online) German language classes. You calculate 10-15h per week and then you can do A1, A2 and B1 level in 3 months each.

The apprenticeship programme starts in Sept 2025.

Preparation and control of guest rooms and hotel rooms
Preparation of drinks (e.g. at the hotel/snack bar)
Serving small meals and drinks
Guest support in the front office area on arrival and departure
Preparatory work for the guest welcome
Collaboration in complaint management
Correspondence with guests, suppliers and business partners
Collaboration in reservation/sales, acceptance of reservations by phone and e-mail
Planning, organisation and implementation of events
Getting to know work in an accounting department
Planning and implementing marketing strategies on social media
Collaboration in housekeeping management
