Upon acceptance by Bluekazi, followed by contract signage, and once B1 language exam was passed (for Germany), it usually takes around 12 months.

For Eastern European countries the process is often faster:  between 4 and 12 months.

The current openings are published on bluekazi.com/jobs.  Usually the openings from our employer network in Germany are the following skilled ones: in nursing (3+ years of diploma/degree, and citizen from a country like Kenya which is not on on the WHO list), automotive mechanics, mechanical engineers, chefs & waiters.

In Eastern Europe its mostly semi-casual work like warehouse, production, cleaning and farming roles.

If you have an degree aligned with the role, or a 3-years diploma, the German immigration law doesn't require work experience. For employers work experience is always a vast plus though!

Flexibility is highly recommended. Every region of Germany has its benefits. Most placements are in the economically strong regions in the Western and Southern part.

7 /  What is the total cost of the programme?

You have several options to apply for a job in Germany or Europe. One is you apply for jobs by yourself, using online job boards and do all the process steps by yourself. Often people complain about being ghosted by employers while sending hundreds of applications without success. Also the bureaucracy to fullfil the recognition and know how around the work visa steps can be really overwhelming.

That's where Bluekazi Group's services kick in. Our candidate fee for pre-boarding & facilitation takes the above stress from your shoulders. The package depends on the destination country in Europe and its specific bureaucratic requirements. For Germany it covers a bunch of services:

  • profile perfecting

  • language course guidance

  • interview counselling

  • intercultural pre-boarding trainings

  • government fees abroad, like for statement of comparability & recognition

  • finding you a matching skilled job contract within 12 months after you passed language B1 exam

  • visa paperwork, incoming health/travel insurance

  • accomodation search

  • travel arrangements, including a one way flight fare, airport/airline instructions

  • airport transfer abroad

  • 6 months after care

For Eastern European Countries there is less recognition effort involved in obtaining the work permit, hence they attract slightly lower fees.

There is always a modest  registration fee commitment of 150 EUR (non refundable) required to start the process.  This enables us to create your record , start first recognition steps and put you on first tables of matching employers.

The described services bundle further requires a fee of around 1.500 EUR or more depending on the chosen country and whether a flight fare is included in the package or not. This amount is payable in instalments spreach over usually 12 months and linked to pogress along defined milestones.

A less complex Germany Opportunity Card visa or  Aupair visa processing attracts lower fees. Contact us for the applicable fee for your specific case.

You have the choice: get prepared by yourself and do it all on your own, or get assisted by a legit and experienced agency!
