Hotels at the Turkish Coast, seasonal jobs 7-9 months

____

Schedule: Skilled and unskilled workers all work 8-9 hours a day in the hotel in any position and work 6 days a week and also have 1 day off a week. If they work on holidays or vacations or work more than 8-9 hours a day, they are paid overtime for each hour of overtime.

______

The visa processing time takes about 2 months from the day a person's resume is submitted to the day they start their first day of work.

______

Most hotels open in March-April and close in October-November, meaning that workers are employed for about 7-9 months.

About 10%-20% of hotels are 12 months open, thus do not close during the year.

If the employer is very satisfied with a worker, there is a possibility that even though the hotel is closed, the worker will work in the same hotel for 4-5 months in a different position and job and then start working in the same hotel again with the start of the new season.

_____

In all job positions in Turkish hotels, free accommodation, 3 meals a day and free monthly health insurance are provided. Transportation from the accommodation to the hotel and vice versa is the responsibility of the employer (hotel) and is free.

____

After obtaining a visa, each worker, whether male or female, must purchase a round-trip plane ticket from their country to Turkey with their own money (or through the agency).

______

Each worker, male or female, pays the visa fee with their own money to the Turkish embassy in their country and the worker is also responsible for paying the costs of receiving, translating and equivalizing the following documents into Turkish: educational certificate, certificate of no criminal record, health and absence of illness from a state hospital, technical proficiency certificate (of course, it is not mandatory if you have skills, but it is considered a bonus).

 _____

If for any reason during the visa application and recruitment process, the visa is not obtained and its our fault, any advance payment will be refunded. However, if the worker is at fault for any reason or his/her documents are incomplete and he/she cannot obtain a visa or does not show up at his/her workplace for any reason, each worker must pay $500 as damages and fine.
